You can add some nut butter, such as almond or peanut on your fruits to give a better taste. You can sleep soundly without worrying about your calorie intake.
• Wear comfy sneakers: to make sure your exercise is enjoyable, it is crucial to buy sneakers that give you the utmost comfort. To find the most comfortable shoes, look for them in the evening as your feet swell at its maximum size during this time. Make sure to purchase shoes that give your toes enough room to wiggle. Exercising with uncomfortable sneakers will not only make your exercise less enjoyable, it will also increase the chance of getting injured.
• Choose your music: exercising accompanied with your favorite music is a recommended way to keep your music enjoyable. There are some athletes who choose relaxing music for a rigorous workout, such as symphony. Exercise does not always equal to pump-up music. Create a playlist that will uplift you. However, if you do like some EDM or clubbing music for your exercise, than it is also a good idea, as long as it keeps you motivated.
• Weighing time: it is important to weight yourself on the same time with the same outfit to see the most accurate change that has happened in your body. The recommended time to weigh yourself is immediately after you wake up, before you eat or drink anything and doing any activities. Do not weigh too frequently as weight loss took times. You can try to check your weight every two weeks or per week instead of everyday.
