I played lots of sports from a very young age so have been on training most of my life. Rugby League was the main one so I decided to take training more serious from the age of 15. Ten years later it feels like I've done every kind of training you can do from normal footy training, to running, les mills classes, boxing etc ... that was until I done my first caveman session. The training is awesome! You get working in your red zone and because of the small class size (and there is never just 1 trainer always 2 or 3 per class pushing and encouraging you), you never actually get out of that zone.
I started training at The TOUGH Spot about 4 weeks ago and when I walked in that first time I weighed 106kg, I have since lost 7kgs! And most of all, my fitness and strength have improved week by week. The gym is great, the training is something you will not get anywhere else, and the trainers are excellent at pushing you beyond what you think your body can handle.
I challenge anyone of all fitness levels to give it a go, you might hate it while your training but I guarantee, you will walk away knowing you have trained hard! And simply that is what it’s all about. Josh
