Caveman Training Trainers and Fighter

Caveman Training - Sledgehammer Caveman Personal Training is perfect for those people who want to push themselves to the limit, achieve a new level of fitness. Perfect for those who are fed up with the usual way of training, tired of using the usual equipment.

We provide this type of training from our centre in West End but have setup a dedicated website for this which you can visit at www.cavemantraining.com.au

Conditioning for Fighters

Caveman Training is also often used by UFC or MMA fighters because of results it achieves, however, the training programs are open to the general public, those that need something new and aren't scared of being pushed to the limits and being yelled at (in a motivational way). With 3 different level; beginners, intermediate and advanced there is a level for everyone who wants join. Check out some of our videos below, note that the videos are Caveman Circuit Training videos and not one on one Caveman Personal Training.

At first I was hesitant to give caveman training a try, but I am so glad I did give it a go. It really is the ultimate experience, doing exercises that are so different from anything I have done before, at an intensity that is hard to find in any gym or health club.
