Meet army or other fitness requirements

Do you need to get fit to meet the army, navy, air force or police force fitness requirements, want to join the army reserves? Or do you need to stay in shape for security work, the police force?

Executive Results can help you meet your requirements at The TOUGH Spot with several training programs.

Fitness Requirements

  • The Beep Test
  • The Situp Test
  • The Push Up Test
  • Handgrip Strength
  • Sit and Reach
  • Vertical Jump
  • Abdominal Strength
  • Push-Up
  • Illinois Agility Test
  • 40 Metre Sprint
  • Multi Stage Fitness
  • Military push-up or Flexed-arm hang (pushups conducted at a 2 second cadence)
  • Military Sit ups (sit ups conducted at a 3 second cadence)
  • 2.4 km run, 500 metre swim or the Beep Test.
  • Etc.

Hello my name is Andrew Simmons and I have been a member of The TOUGH Spot gym for over 5 months now and I can honestly say that this gym is far superior in every aspect to your typical fitness centre.

Currently I have been applying for the Qld Fire Service and am now in the final stages of joining thanks to your gym. On previous occassions I have not been capable of passing the physical ability assessments due to the lack of physical and mental preparation. After taking a look on the website for fire fighter training I could only find one place that could meet the physical demands of the assessments. At first I had some reservations about joining but once I met the trainers and staff I felt immediatley at ease and was introduced to High Intensity Training. This type of training not only pushed me to my absolute limit but gave me an insight into my inner primal aggression, this calculated aggression can enable anyone to push beyond their known capability.

If you are in training for any defence force, police or fire service than I would strongly recommend caveman workouts. The equipment and staff knowledge can cater for any type of person and every session is different and believe me you will never think about fitness the same way afterwards!

Failure to comply with one or more requirements means a soldier cannot be deployed.

Soldiers must be physically fit and pass regular medical and dental examinations.

Soldiers can face disciplinary action if they fail to maintain readiness.
