Kettlebells Intermediate and Advanced Classes
Our Kettlebell Classes are great for everyone looking to build up their core strength and getting fit in general. The Kettlebell can be used as a piece of cardio equipment or as an extreme strength tool. You can use a kettlebell to increase mobility and stability and even rehabilitate. In our classes you never know what you are going to do with the Kettlebell, which is why people keep coming back, as they don't get bored doing the same thing over and over again.
We make our classes more exciting by adding in some challenges before the end of the class and you'll be competing against other members to see who can finish first or who can do the most. You might be doing KB Boot Strappers for 5 minutes, how many can you do? You might be doing 100 KB snatches, how quick can you finish them? It's all good fun and everyone loves the friendly competition, it's also a great way to see how you are advancing, if you did 100 in 5 minutes last time and you do 110 in 5 minutes next time, you know exactly how much you've improved with your Kettlebells.
The classes are a mix of female and male, usually everyone gets a mat to stand on, picks their favourite Russian Kettlebell weights and either moves outside or inside depending on the weather conditions. Before moving onto this class it is highly recommended to first to do one of the normal Kettlebell classes in which the focus is more on technique and making sure you get the basics of the Russian Kettlebell, like the Kettlebell swing for example, from there you can move into more advanced moves like the holy grail of the Kettlebell 'The KB Snatch'.

I'd been going to a gym for the last 4 months or so, and not seeing the kind of results I wanted. I've never enjoyed the standard gym classes like "Spin" and "Pump" so I'd generally do cardio and weights. But I guess you never push yourself as hard as you should. A common question always asked is, "What is the best way to lose weight". There are certain factors to maximise your true potential for weight loss and those are:
