If you want to gain more weight, eat more food and do light exercise. If you want to earn more muscle, eat more protein and do more weight training.
• Having regular exercise: the standard recommendation for regular exercise is 3 to 5 times per week with 30 minutes minimum duration. The key of maintaining body fitness is consistency, so make sure to stick on certain exercise pattern instead of going super rigorous for one or two days and rest for a week.
