The TOUGH Spot is a unique gym in Brisbane just a short 10 minute walk from Brisbane CBD

The 600sqm large fitness facility is based upon the roof of an old factory in West End with fitness workouts you will not easily find anywhere else, for example; Caveman Training (we own 75K Radius from Brisbane CBD) and microfitness® (completely owned by us).

The TOUGH Spot is about as far removed from the urban gym that most of us are used to as it's possible to be. Where most gyms are now seen as sanitary, almost trendy places to socialise while getting in a little exercise, The TOUGH Spot is about getting down and dirty while taking your training to the absolute maximum.

Picture Rocky punching carcasses, or, if you're not familiar with Rocky, the Commando from the Biggest Loser driving his charges to the point of exhaustion, and you're starting to get the right idea. After all, this is an Industrial themed fitness centre that boasts Fitness Regimes called 'Caveman Training' and 'Gasmask Training'. And they work.

Australian Light Middleweight Champion Tyrone 'Cyclone' Tongia, and 3 time World Kickboxing Champion Ian Jacobs have used Caveman Training to get their bodies into peak physical shape before important fights, and now the TOUGH Spot's owners Taco Fleur and Anna Junghans (who is also the head trainer) want you to witness the gym for yourself.

Opening Day May 2010

Executive Results has opened up it's doors to a unique fitness centre in West End on the 2nd of May 2010. The centre is called "The TOUGH Spot" and is very much like the gymnasium in ancient Greece, and unlike the everyday gym (Fitness First, Goodlife, Curves Gym etc.), it is a place of learning and physical exercise.

Members are always accompanied by a personal trainer, either in group format or one on one, always being instructed on proper form and technique.

The equipment and training techniques are a mix of old school and up- to-date, for example; tyres, logs, kettlebells, sledgehammers, ropes and on the other side; TRX, microfitness etc.

The gym is a 600sqm large facility that caters for; group fitness, circuits, boxing for fitness, x-training, martial arts, health practitioners, weight loss, course and host facility.

As part of it's Grand Opening it gave away a unique experience with the head trainer, a 3 month weight loss challenge for one overweight person to lose a set amount of weight.
