TRX Suspension Training
The TRX Suspension classes are another great favourite at The TOUGH Spot, and like all other unique group classes at our gym, they are hard to find anywhere else in Brisbane. The classes are small and usually no more than 8 people per class, which is great to provide that personal attention one deserves at the gym.
The TRX system is an exercise tool created by a former Navy SEAL and really great for full body workouts. Through our suspension training classes you can expect to build strength, balance, flexibility and core strength, and best of all, it's for people of all fitness levels.
This class is not as 'high intensity' as our other classes, however, don't mistake this class for an easy class, I myself actually find this class harder than a Caveman workout. It's an absolute monster of a tool to create great core stability and work all those little muscles throughout the body using your own bodyweight.
