Tabata Training
Our Tabata Training classes are great classes for those who enjoy intense workouts. Tabata Training (high endurance intermittent training) can be done with a number of different exercises, for example; Barbells, Dumbells, Kettlebells or just Bodyweight exercises. The idea is to use an exercise that gets the whole body involved or at least the major muscle groups and do that exercise for 20 seconds as hard as you can and then rest for 10 seconds, completing 8 sets for each exercise.
Tabata Training is a huge favourite at The TOUGH Spot and a great class to do before moving into our Caveman Circuit Training classes.
