Caveman Training - MMA Workout

In these classes we include a lot of MMA Workouts, you'll be doing workouts that mimic fighters, for example; punches, take downs, getting up, grappling and just about anything that would help a fighter under real life fighting conditions. The workouts are in a circuit format and are just as challenging as any other Caveman Circuit Training workout.

This class is by no means only for fighters, in fact, 90% of our members are not fighters, they simply love the MMA Workouts, and what is there not to love about the fastest growing workouts that fighters in one of the fastest growing sports do each week? UFC/MMA fighters have some of the best fitness conditioning to be found, and everybody wants it. At The TOUGH Spot normal everyday people can enjoy the workouts that fighters go through each week.

Too Hard

Our programs look very hard and daunting, and they are! We are not afraid to push you past your barriers. Go to any other gym in Brisbane and the trainers will probably let you get away without breaking a sweat, they'll listen to you when you say “I've had enough”, they'll let you stop when it gets to the point where you need to activate your mental toughness and complete the workout. Everyone gets to a point where their brains goes “I don't want to do this any more”, but inside they know they can do it, the body still has more to give, this is the part that our trainers recognise and switch to the mental side of our training. We will work you till you puke or break, then we build you up and you will surpass everything you thought were capable of.

Classes are for beginners, intermediate and advanced, you work in a very competitive but encouraging environment, the workouts bring all participants closer together as each individual goes through the same grueling workout. The challenges makes it very competitive, no one wants to be last, everyone puts in a 100% to try and come first. I personally love this circuit training and the challenges we throw in! In fact, I love them so much that I participate in the classes on a regular basis. See you soon!
