Group Fitness
Group fitness is performed in a group setting led by a fitness instructor who will motivate and guide you throughout the group fitness class. The class usually consists of toning exercises, conditioning and cardiovascular work to raise the heart rate, which in turn helps to lose weight and become fit.
We have low cost memberships available for unlimited group fitness classes a week, starting as low as $17.60 a week for unlimited classes for corporate memberships or $22 a week for individuals.
New Highly Charged Program coming soon - Cavewoman™ Circuit Training
The program is open to all fitness levels and is for woman only. The program is tought in a motivating group environment. It is designed for woman and taught by woman and concentrates more on the female physique in a non intimidating environment. Each class is a 45 minute circuit based program, with a mixture of strength, conditioning, toning, cardio, power, speed & agility.
