Group Fitness Brisbane
Group fitness is performed in a group setting led by a fitness instructor who will instruct, demonstrate, motivate and guide you throughout the group fitness class. Our group fitness classes usually consists of toning exercises, conditioning and cardiovascular work to raise the heart rate, which in turn helps to lose weight and become fit.
Here at The TOUGH Spot we really focus on group fitness as we believe it is the best way to get people motivated and keep them motivated. When you work in a group environment there is motivation, the urge to do well, to do better and a bit of friendly competition also helps push people further than they would normally go. We are the first gym in Brisbane that purely focusses on group fitness and being more than just a business, we are a fitness community!
We currently run approx. 12 different type of group fitness classes in our Brisbane Gym, so there is always something on for everyone, whether you are new to fitness, an athlete or getting back into the swing of things. Our classes are unique and some you won't even find anywhere else in Brisbane at a gym.
We run the class early morning before work and in the afternoon after work, there are also a few classes on Saturday. For those who want to do something outside those hours we can provide Personal Training or if you have a group of people we can get a trainer to train your group at the hours of your choice. For example; if you want TRX, Boxing, or Caveman at 11am on a Tuesday, we can get one of the trainers to slot you in, only requirement being that you commit for a certain amount of time and have a minimum number of people in the group.
We also run outdoor group fitness from the park or company premises, you and your colleagues could be enjoying regular exercise at a time and location in Brisbane convenient to you. Imagine doing Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) for Fitness with a group (letting off some steam), Boxing for Fitness, TRX, Boot Camp, Circuit Training or any other class we already provide from our gym.
