Circuit Training

Get bored with your workouts really quick?

We guarantee you don't get bored at our place. We don't have a book of exercises or circuits that we rotate every week, we actually put our circuits together on the day, we invest time in each circuit, looking how to utilize the area available, looking at the number of participants, the weather, what we've done last week, making sure it is different, looking at the areas participants need to improve in and many other factors come into play.

We have several different areas we use throughout the facility, we have The Arena which has boxing bags and lot's of tires, then we have The Yard which features sandbags, monkey bars and other random equipment, the Cave has rings, horizontal and vertical ropes, treadmill, stairs and much more... You never know what's coming, it's always a surprise, it's always challenging and never boring.

We have beginner circuits, intermediate circuits and intermediate fighter circuits, you don't have to be a fighter to join that one, in fact people that aren't a fighter will really enjoy this program, there is punching, kicking, elbows and other exercises that mimic the actions of a fighter.

What is an Exercise Circuit?

An exercise circuit is a combination of different exercises in one program. Usually when a lap of the circuit is completed, one begins the first exercise again for the next lap. The time between exercises in circuit training is often between 30 seconds to 1 minute, often with rapid movement to the next station in the circuit.

On Saturday's we hold sessions for beginners, great to get started with circuit training, we will teach you correct technique and form and you'll be working with other participants who've just started this type of training.

I speak from personal experience when I say "There is nothing more rewarding and exciting than completing a circuit" I participate in the circuits on a regular basis and so do other trainers, this is why we know how to keep it fresh, we know what you're going through, we know what you want out of the circuit, we know what will drive you.

We incorporate circuit training in our Caveman Circuit Training, microfitness® and Boot Camps.
